FrameTec Friday: 3-6-26

As we move into early March and the days start getting a little longer, momentum across FrameTec continues to build. This week’s theme was simple: velocity. From the front-end pipeline to the job sites themselves, the pace of activity is accelerating in a way that’s exciting to watch — and even more exciting to be a part of.

The construction industry has been searching for ways to build faster, with greater certainty and less friction. Week after week, we’re seeing clear signals that the market recognizes what we’re building at FrameTec. And this week provided several strong examples of exactly that.

📈 Pipeline Activity Continues to Accelerate

On the front end of the business, inbound demand remained strong this week as developers and builders continue searching for solutions that improve schedule reliability and construction speed.

As of Thursday:

  • 13 Requests for Proposal (RFPs) received

  • 11 proposals issued

  • Nearly $500,000 in work quoted

  • 3 additional projects awarded

This level of pipeline activity reinforces a trend we have been watching closely for several months: the industry is actively seeking solutions that deliver both speed and certainty.

Developers are increasingly focused on schedule compression and predictable execution, and the FrameTec model is positioning itself as a compelling answer to that need.

🏗 LivAway Suites – Mesa, Arizona

The team continues to execute exceptionally well on the LivAway Suites project in Mesa.

By Day 7, crews had framed 32,000 square feet of structure — an impressive pace even by aggressive construction standards.

Even more notable, electricians began boxing the first floor just seven days after framing began.

On a hospitality project of this scale, that milestone typically occurs weeks later, even under accelerated conventional schedules.

This shift in sequencing creates meaningful advantages:

  • Accelerated overall project schedules

  • Earlier trade mobilization

  • Reduced carrying costs for developers

  • Faster paths to revenue generation

In practical terms, we are rewriting the expected sequencing of construction.

🏭 Two Fast Builds: Camp Verde & Wickenburg

This week also highlighted the versatility of the FrameTec Formula™ across different project types.

Camp Verde ADU

In Camp Verde, the team completed an Accessory Dwelling Unit with remarkable speed:

Frame → Stack → Sheet → QC Backing → Complete

Total time: 12 hours — a fully framed and sheathed structure completed within a single working day.

Wickenburg Custom Home

Framing began this morning on a cut-up custom home in Wickenburg. Despite the architectural complexity, projections indicate the roof structure will be rolled the same day framing begins.

Together, these projects reinforce a core principle:

The FrameTec Formula™ is product-agnostic.

It performs across custom homes, production housing, ADUs, garages, and affordable housing — delivering the same result every time:

Accelerated construction velocity.

As we move deeper into the spring building season, the signals we’re seeing are encouraging. Pipeline activity is increasing, project velocity continues to improve, and the broader market is beginning to recognize that something different is happening.

When manufacturing precision, embedded construction intelligence, and field execution are integrated into a single system, the results are undeniable.

The industry has needed a model that works in the field — not just on the spreadsheet.

That’s exactly what we’re building at FrameTec.

And we’re just getting started.

Have a great weekend, and thank you for being part of the journey.
