FrameTec Friday: 2-20-26

Another FrameTec Friday has arrived! As we inch closer to spring and longer days, the momentum here at FrameTec isn’t just picking up—it’s compounding. February may be the shortest month of the year, but our team is making every single day count. The shop is moving, the field is mobilizing, and the numbers this week tell a story we’re proud to share.

Let’s jump in.

📊 A Strong Week on the Board

This week’s activity:

  • RFPs: 7

  • Projects Awarded: 6 totaling $314,933

  • Proposals Sent: 12 totaling $964,071

Nearly a million dollars in proposals sent in a single week—and converting six awards out of seven RFPs—is the kind of consistency that doesn’t happen by accident. It’s a reflection of reputation, execution, and the confidence the market continues to place in FrameTec.

🏆 Malloy Residence: “I’m Very Impressed.”

The team absolutely crushed the Malloy Residence for Jamison Custom Homes.

Feedback today from Joe Jamison was simple and powerful:

“I’m impressed. I’m very impressed.”

When that comes from a seasoned general contractor, it carries weight. Praise like that reinforces what we’ve been building all along—precision, speed, and a product that speaks for itself. Moments like this aren’t just wins on one project; they elevate our standing across the entire market.

🚀 LivAway Mesa & The Next Evolution of the FrameTec Formula

Production is moving fast. First-floor wall panels for LivAway Mesa are flying through the shop, with second-floor panels close behind. We mobilize Tuesday, and walls go up first thing Wednesday morning. Our goal? Top it out in under five weeks and break our own record.

This will also be the first LivAway Suites project fully integrating the next evolution of the FrameTec Formula—a real-time test of how well our speed scales. Considering our Glendale project finished nearly four months faster than the LivAway Surprise project (which we didn’t frame), the revenue impact tied to cycle time is significant.

As we wrap up another February week, one thing is clear: the gap between FrameTec and traditional framing continues to widen. Speed, quality, and predictable outcomes aren’t just differentiators—they’re becoming expectations.

Spring is a season of building, and we’re heading into it with a full pipeline, strong partnerships, and real acceleration behind us. Thank you for being part of this journey. The foundation we’re laying today is what fuels tomorrow’s growth.

Have a great weekend—and stay tuned. The walls go up Wednesday.
