FrameTec Friday: 2-6-26

FrameTec Friday: 2-6-26

Another strong week at FrameTec, and we’re heading into the weekend with real momentum. Conversations are turning into commitments, schedules are accelerating, and the pipeline continues to deepen in all the right places.

  • We met this morning with a major builder controlling nearly 1,000 lots. The discussion was productive, revisions are underway, and this relationship could further establish FrameTec as the leading framing contractor in Central and Northern Arizona.
  • Mandalay Homes has picked up the pace and will be issuing releases across nearly all ready-to-build inventory over the next 30 days—representing close to $1M already on the books and setting Q2 up for strength.
  • We completed work for Ella Lee Construction in the Scottsdale and Paradise Valley markets. One Dusty Robotics field print led to momentum toward three home contracts, with six more expected to break by the end of Q2.
  • On top of it all, we were awarded five additional projects this week, reinforcing both the depth of the pipeline and growing confidence in the FrameTec Formula.

Tech That Works in the Real World

On Wednesday, we welcomed Simpson Strong-Tie and their software team to FrameTec for a deep dive into next-generation design platform opportunities. The pace of innovation right now is impressive—but what sets FrameTec apart is how we approach it.

Automation for automation’s sake doesn’t solve real problems. Practical application does. And our real-world, boots-on-the-ground experience continues to be a major competitive advantage when it comes to applying technology in ways that genuinely move the needle.

Building Stronger Relationships (and Trust)

That same day, we hosted the Prescott Valley Building Inspection Department, walking them through our truss design and production process—and the broader FrameTec Formula.

These conversations matter. Sitting down with inspectors, understanding their challenges, and sharing how cutting-edge processes improve outcomes created a valuable two-way dialogue. It’s another example of how collaboration and transparency continue to strengthen FrameTec’s position in the market.

Strong Tailwinds Heading Into Spring

Adding to the momentum, the lumber commodity market is appreciating rapidly. Thanks to disciplined procurement and a strong inventory position, we’re building equity in our material stack by the day.

That strategy ensures we have lumber secured to execute on our growing backlog—and as volumes increase, this inventory position is expected to further augment margins as activity accelerates.

With spring right around the corner, the timing couldn’t be better. Strong relationships, a growing backlog, real market tailwinds, and practical innovation are all aligning—and FrameTec is well positioned to capitalize.

Thanks, as always, for being part of the journey. We’re excited about what’s ahead and look forward to sharing more wins with you next Friday.
