Another strong week of awards across the board, with Arizona already heating up—and it’s only January. Builders are moving quickly, decisions are being made faster, and FrameTec is increasingly becoming the obvious choice as schedules tighten and expectations rise.

Momentum like this early in the year sets the tone for everything that follows.

At the Jasper subdivision, two builders sit side by side—one using FrameTec, one not. The non-FrameTec home started nearly 60 days earlier, yet 10 days into our build, we reached the same milestone.

Our speed keeps every trade moving, and despite the head start next door, the FrameTec home may still reach certificate of occupancy first. Real-world proof the model works.

 

 

As winter rolls on and the year gains momentum, it’s hard not to be excited about what we’re seeing. Big numbers, faster builds, and proof on the ground that FrameTec is changing how homes get built—one subdivision at a time.
