FrameTec Friday: 2-13-26

If you’ve been with us for a while, you’ve heard us say it: when the floodgates open, they don’t trickle — they rush.

That moment has officially arrived.

Unseasonably favorable weather, a more optimistic market outlook, and builders moving quickly to capitalize on what were multi-year lows in commodities and labor have all converged at once. The $40M+ in proposals submitted over recent months is beginning to convert — and convert quickly.

Last week alone, we signed 3 new projects totaling $1,166,591, with additional awards actively in flight. Proposal-to-award cycles are tightening. Decision-making is accelerating. The energy in the market is real — and we’re positioned right in the middle of it.

📊 Pipeline & Conversions

Here’s the snapshot for the week:

  • RFPs Received: 10

  • Proposals Sent: 10 totaling $1,172,652

  • Projects Awarded: 3 totaling $1,166,591

We’re not just filling the funnel — we’re converting it.

As urgency increases across the builder landscape, we’re seeing materially shorter timelines between proposal and award. That velocity matters. It validates both the value proposition and the trust we’ve built in the market.

The narrative is shifting — and FrameTec is benefiting from it.

🏗 Production Ramping in Real Time

Momentum on paper is great. Momentum in production is what creates value.

  • LivAway suites have officially begun production in the shop, with jobsite start scheduled for the 23rd.

  • Multiple custom homes are now coming out of the ground.

  • Several additional starts are scheduled in the coming days.

The operations leadership team continues grinding seven days a week to manage accelerating schedules and ensure execution remains disciplined as volume ramps. Their focus is simple: protect quality, safety, and margin while scaling intelligently.

📦 Purchasing Strategy Paying Off

A disciplined, forward-looking inventory position has kept us out of a reactive commodity environment.

That decision — made with patience and conviction — is expected to meaningfully augment margins through at least early Q2. In an industry where short-term chasing often leads to long-term pain, playing the long game matters.

Operational discipline and patience aren’t flashy. But they win.

The FrameTec formula — thoughtful strategy paired with relentless execution — is showing up in conversion velocity, operational performance, and margin protection.

And we’re just getting started.

As we head into Valentine’s weekend, it feels fitting to say: we love momentum.

But more importantly, we love disciplined execution — because that’s what turns momentum into sustained value.

The market is moving. Builders are acting. Production is accelerating. And the results are starting to compound.

Thank you for being part of the journey as this next phase unfolds. The floodgates are open — and the team is ready.
