FrameTec Friday: 2-27-26

As we move closer to spring and the days start stretching a little longer, we’re seeing something we love: momentum showing up early.
This week felt different — faster, sharper, more synchronized. The kind of week where you can feel the flywheel turning. Pipeline activity accelerated ahead of normal seasonal patterns, field execution hit new internal benchmarks, and our production engine ran at a level we’ve never seen before.
Let’s get into it.

📈 Pipeline Acceleration

The inbound side of the business is moving.

  • 12 new RFPs received

  • 11 proposals issued

  • $499,175.44 in total proposal value

  • 1 new award secured at $62,862

What’s notable isn’t just the volume — it’s the timing. Demand appears to be picking up earlier than we typically see in seasonal cycles. Historically, spring brings increased activity. This year, it feels like the market is leaning forward.

The pipeline remains active and healthy, positioning us well as spring demand strengthens.

🏗 Field Execution: Mesa Sets a New Bar

This week at Frametech Suites Mesa, the team delivered one of the strongest day-one starts in company history. On day one alone:

  • 16,000 square feet of the first floor fully framed

That’s exceptional by any framing standard — including ours.

Based on the velocity established in week one, we could be laying out Level 2 by Sunday. If sequencing and pace continue to hold, delivering the full four-story, 124+ door hotel structure in approximately four weeks is realistic.

To put that in context: conventional framing operations would measure that schedule in months, not weeks.

🏭 Production & Platform Synchronization

Behind the scenes, the engine is running at full throttle.

  • Shop production is operating at the highest levels we’ve ever seen

  • Throughput is likely 2–3x prior peak output

  • Multiple truss loads staged and ready

  • Level 2 walls shipping to LiveAway tomorrow

More importantly, the synchronization between manufacturing, logistics, and field installation is operating at a level we haven’t previously achieved.

This isn’t just volume — it’s coordination. The system is working as a system.

As we head toward spring — a season traditionally associated with building and growth — we’re seeing validation of the model under real-world scale.

  • Pipeline strength is accelerating.

  • Production capacity is expanding.

  • Field velocity is outperforming expectations.

  • Market conditions appear to be moving in our favor.

Momentum is building across the platform.

We’re excited about where this season is headed — and grateful to be building it with you.

Have a great weekend,
