FrameTec Friday: 3-13-26

As we move deeper into March and the days start getting a little longer, the energy across the business continues to build. Spring tends to be one of the busiest seasons in construction, and the past week reflected exactly that—steady progress in the field, strong activity in our pipeline, and continued advancement on the technology side of the business.

Across our projects and internal teams, we’re seeing the FrameTec Formula™ continue to prove itself in real time: combining industrialized manufacturing with disciplined field execution to deliver speed, coordination, and reliability. Below are a few highlights from the past week.

Field Production: Another Floor Added in Mesa

The team added another full floor of framing to the LiveAway Suites project this week, continuing the accelerated schedule we’ve maintained since mobilization.

This project remains a strong demonstration of the FrameTec Formula™ in action. By pairing industrialized component manufacturing with highly coordinated field execution, the team has been able to maintain a fast, predictable installation rhythm while keeping jobsite coordination tight.

Projects like this highlight the advantage of treating framing less like a traditional trade and more like a coordinated production system.

Expanding Across Project Types

While the hotel project continues to move upward, our crews also maintained strong production across our residential pipeline this week.

The team completed multiple single-family units, demonstrating the flexibility of the system across different project types. One of the strengths of FrameTec is its ability to scale across a wide range of builds—from multi-story hospitality and multifamily projects all the way down to single-day residential installations.

That range continues to be an important differentiator as builders look for ways to bring more predictability to their construction schedules.

Pipeline Growth and Technology Progress

Proposal volume remains healthy and continues converting into new opportunities as builders look for ways to improve schedule reliability and trade coordination.

Meanwhile, our automation and R&D team continues advancing next-generation laser printing, tagging, and embedded intelligence systems designed to better connect the factory and the field.

  • RFPs Received: 23

  • Projects Awarded: 1 — $9,845.54

  • Proposals Sent: 10 — $333,404.45

Overall, the week reflected strong progress across the three areas we focus on most:

  • Production velocity in the field

  • Healthy front-end pipeline development

  • Continued advancement of the technology platform

With spring construction season ramping up and more projects entering the pipeline, we’re encouraged by the sustained momentum across the business. It’s exciting to see continued validation of the FrameTec approach both in the market and on the jobsite, and we look forward to sharing more progress with you in the weeks ahead.

Thanks, as always, for your continued support and partnership.
