FrameTec Friday: 4-3-26

April is off to a strong start, and the momentum is showing up clearly in our numbers. It was a standout week across the board, with an exceptionally active front end of the pipeline continuing to drive both opportunity and visibility.
RFPs Received: 13
Projects Awarded: 11 totaling $293,533
Proposals Sent: 16 totaling $1,778,081

The pace is picking up—and we’re right in stride.

🏗 Operations: Milestones & What’s Next

We hit a major milestone this week: 100% plant utilization on a single shift, with all signs pointing to sustaining that through April.

We’re also completing demobilization at LivAway Suites in Mesa—window installation is done on a project we’re proud to stand behind.

Next up, we mobilize on a 10,000+ sq ft custom home in Scottsdale/Paradise Valley. The high-end custom market is a strong fit for FrameTec, especially with our ability to compress framing timelines from 6+ months to under 6 weeks. If execution continues at this level, we expect to make a real impact in this segment.

🌐 Industry Signal: The Market Is Catching On

This week we hit a major milestone: topping out the LivAway Suites project in Mesa, and not just on time — but 23.5% ahead of our internal stretch goal.

We’re seeing increasing validation from across the industry.

This week, CEOs from major building supply, component manufacturing, and modular companies independently arrived at the same conclusions that led to FrameTec’s founding. They see the opportunity—but we’re the ones already executing.

In under a year, the industry is moving in our direction. The question now isn’t if—it’s who scales fastest. We intend to lead.

🎖 100 Days Injury Free

Tomorrow, we’re celebrating a milestone that speaks directly to our culture and discipline: 100 consecutive days without a recordable injury.

In high-volume manufacturing and construction environments, that level of safety doesn’t happen by chance. It reflects intentional leadership and team-wide commitment.

A lot of credit goes to Kai Buchanan, our Director of Operational Excellence, for leading our safety program, and to Sandra Horn, our Director of Talent, for helping build the culture behind it. Ultimately, this is a team achievement—and one we’re proud to celebrate (with a little help from the grill).

Spring is bringing more than just warmer weather—it’s bringing momentum, opportunity, and validation at every level of the business. From a highly active pipeline to full operational capacity and growing industry recognition, the pieces are coming together in a meaningful way.

We’re grateful for your continued partnership and support as we build, scale, and push forward.

More to come.
