As we settle deeper into spring, there’s a noticeable energy in the air—longer days, faster pace, and a sense that things are really starting to click. This week felt like one of those turning points where preparation meets opportunity, and the results speak for themselves. What we’re seeing right now isn’t just progress—it’s acceleration.
And the numbers make that clearer than ever:
 
RFPs Received: 22
Projects Awarded: 7 totaling $96,523
Proposals Sent: 17 totaling $1,329,802

 

Twenty-two RFPs in a single week doesn’t happen by chance. It’s a signal. The market is actively seeking out FrameTec—and that kind of demand is earned.
Over the past twelve months, our consistency in speed, professionalism, cleanliness, and quality has built something powerful: trust. That trust is now compounding into opportunity. The pipeline isn’t just full—it’s strengthening at the front end in a way we haven’t seen before.

 

🏗 Operations: A New Company Record

 

This week, we hit a major milestone:
the highest number of homes ever started and under construction at the same time in FrameTec history.

Active projects include:

  • Verde Christian Academy

  • Lowney 5-Plex

  • Capstone Jasper — Lot 750

  • Capstone Jasper — Lot 745

  • Mandalay Jasper — Lots 594, 497, 460, 486, and 463

That’s nine active projects—a new record.

The plant is running strong, the crews are executing, and the system is scaling exactly how we envisioned. This is what it looks like when preparation meets demand.

🌐 The Formula in Focus: Proof Through Experience

 

This week also delivered a powerful reminder of why our process matters.

One of our builder partners chose to bypass the pre-slab survey and move forward with a concrete pour. The result: a two-week delay and tens of thousands of dollars in avoidable costs.

It’s one thing to explain the value of the FrameTec formula.
It’s another to experience the cost of ignoring it.

That experience shifted the conversation entirely. The value is now undeniable—and so is the commitment moving forward.

This is how industries change. Not all at once, but moment by moment—when the evidence becomes too clear to ignore.

Everything we’re seeing right now points to something bigger:

  • Record operational output

  • A rapidly expanding pipeline

  • Increasing market pull toward FrameTec

This isn’t a short-term spike. It’s validation. What started as a bold idea is now proving it can scale—and the market is responding accordingly.

We came here to disrupt construction and help address the housing crisis. What’s happening right now shows that we’re not just participating in that mission—we’re gaining momentum in it.

The race is on. And we intend to win it.

 

As we move further into the season, the pace isn’t slowing down—and neither are we. Weeks like this remind us why we’re here and what’s possible when the right systems, people, and timing come together.
