Hey y'all,

It's a summer scorcher in AZ (Phoenix just hit 117), but that's not the only thing heating up—FrameTec is on fire this week! From new faces joining the team to more homes going vertical, we’ve been busy building more than just structures. So grab a cold one, kick back, and let’s wrangle up this week’s wins.

Building the Team

 

We’re excited to welcome Nathan Hines to the FrameTec family as our new Manager of IT and Digital Solutions. He’s already entangled with the tech, bringing fresh energy and ideas into the mix.

Out in the shop, we’re almost fully staffed for first shift. Six months ago we were just launching production—and now we’re eyeing a second shift. Talk about growth!

 

 

Building Relationships

 

Plans for both Lennar and DR Horton landed in our “to-do” pile this week—two more major names looking to FrameTec for innovative solutions. The calls keep coming in from builders, GCs, and framers - hungry for FrameTec service, speed and quality - our brand promise, the FrameTec Standard ™.

We’re not just building homes—we’re reshaping how this industry works.

 

Building Momentum

 

Mandalay Homes, our very first turnkey customer, is shifting into high gear and accelerating their schedule—which is a great sign of confidence in our work. The Yavapai Apache job is also picking up speed. Thanks to these efforts, our number of units currently under construction jumped to 18! That’s a new high-water mark for us and a strong signal that demand is growing fast.

 

 

Yeehaw! The trail ahead is lookin’ mighty fine. With more jobs, more people, and more partnerships coming our way, there’s no slowin’ us down. We’re grateful to have you ridin’ alongside us on this wild and rewarding journey.

PS - we got an update on the Cost Seg study this week - this is the key piece of data we need to finalize the 2024 tax returns.

The CS gives us big depreciation from the plant and equipment to finish up K1's for 2024. Expecting to get it within the next few weeks and Provision should have the tax return and K1's follow within a couple weeks after.
