FrameTec is rolling into December like we’ve got rocket boosters strapped to our trusses. The energy across every team is high, the wins are stacking, and the word “slow season” clearly isn’t in the FrameTec vocabulary. Buckle up—this week came in swinging.

🏆 Front-End Wins Keep Stacking

 

Another week, another round of victories for the front-end crew. Multiple jobs awarded, new deals popping, and a surge of starts hitting the system like someone slammed the “GO” button and snapped it in half.

These wins are the result of relationships, hustle, and a reputation that’s getting harder and harder for builders to ignore.

 

 

 

🌲 Talking Rock Triumph (thanks to Charlie!)

 

A major highlight: through the long-standing relationship nurtured by our design manager, Charlie Young, we landed 10 units in the prestigious Talking Rock community in Prescott. Huge win. 

And if that wasn’t enough—Capstone Eco Homes and Mandalay suddenly woke up feeling bold and dropped a flurry of starts on us. That wave alone will keep us charging strong through the end of the year.

 

 

⚡ Field Team: Miracle Makers (Again)

 

The field team pulled off another FrameTec special this week: a full house framed and stacked in one day. Most framers need a week to do the same thing. But our crew? They’re rewriting what “normal” even looks like.

 

 

 

FrameTec is giving the tradesmen the tools to build faster, smarter, and better without sacrificing the homes buyers actually want. The FrameTec formula works, and every day in the field is another piece of undeniable proof.
