Next week is shaping up to be our biggest push yet. We’re set to begin framing:

  • Two more homes for Capstone

  • One more for TDLC

  • One for Mandalay

  • And the McCready Residence for TEK Construction


Another week, another round of “wait… you can really do that?” moments from the industry. The energy around FrameTec is growing fast, and this week proved—once again—that the market isn’t just curious about our formula… they’re ready for it. Let’s jump into the highlights.

Taking Over the Phoenix Build Expo

 

This week at the annual Phoenix Build Expo, one theme kept echoing from architects, engineers, builders, developers—even prospective homeowners:
“This is a solution for right now.”

The FrameTec Formula turned heads and opened doors, generating a number of strong leads in the Phoenix market. We also had conversations with builders from as far as Boston who ended our chats with the best question possible:
“How soon can you get over here?”

We already have sets of drawings in hand and proposals will be going out in the coming weeks. The excitement is real, and the geographic spread is widening.

Breaking Ground in Talking Rock Ranch

 

We kicked off our first home for TDLC in the prestigious Talking Rock Ranch—and it didn’t take long for the neighborhood to notice.

During our multi-trade layout this morning, five separate builders and framers stopped by wanting a firsthand look at what FrameTec can do. That interest quickly turned into multiple plant tours booked for next week, and we fully expect those to convert into new contracts.

The momentum isn’t slowing down… it’s compounding.

Dusty Robotics + TektonOS + Meritage: A Power Combo

 

On Monday, our team was in Tucson working with TektonOS and Meritage Homes, demonstrating our multi-trade layout process and showing the real-world value of Dusty Robotics.

During the visit, we also had the chance to meet Mr. Jeremy Gilstrap from Simpson Strong-Tie. After walking through the FrameTec innovation stack, he left impressed—and committed to visiting our Camp Verde operation after the first of the year.

Big players are paying attention.

 

As we wrap up another high-energy week, we want to thank you—our investors—for believing in a vision that the industry is now loudly asking for. FrameTec isn’t just gaining traction… it’s becoming unavoidable. And we’re just getting started.
