Happy (day-after) Thanksgiving, FrameTec family! As we shake off the leftovers and ease back into the grind, we want to kick things off by saying how thankful we are for you—our investor community. Your belief, enthusiasm, and unwavering support are the reason this engine keeps roaring. While most folks took a breather yesterday, the FrameTec momentum didn’t nap… not even for dessert.

Kicking Into Gear While Others Rest

 

This week was a perfect example of our “FrameTec never stops” mindset. While competitors hit pause, we pushed forward—with a little help from some reinforcements. The team got the back end 100% caught up, a huge lift that sets us up for an even stronger December. We also began prepping the concrete right in front of us, keeping every step tightly sequenced and on pace.

 

 

 

Dusty, Crews, and a Custom Kickoff

 

Multiple Dusty layouts were completed and are locked and loaded for Monday when the framing crews roll in. And in the spirit of keeping the momentum alive, we officially started framing our next custom home, The Grey Residence, today. Holiday week or not, progress kept charging forward.

 

 

Front-End Fire & A Big Milestone Ahead

 

The front end is buzzing—strong activity, strong interest, strong energy. If this pace keeps up, Q1 is shaping up to be a total barn burner. And the team is closing in on a major milestone: 1,000,000 ft² of framing completed. Given the challenges we’ve powered through this year, that number is no small feat. If we hit it before year-end—and it’s looking real—we’ll have every reason to celebrate.
