FrameTec Friday - 11-21-25

Happy Friday, everyone! We’re wrapping up another week where the FrameTec formula isn’t just an idea on paper—it’s showing up in real projects, real progress, and real momentum. And with our cheery little house reminding us what we’re building toward, we’re doubling down on the mission: to keep pushing until every corner of the country can experience what it means to get Frameteced. The energy is real, the traction is growing, and we’re just getting warmed up.

Weather-Proof Progress

Rain didn’t slow us down. We used the week to button up QC and back-end tasks across several jobs. The Wells and Wickman residences—two standout custom homes in Flagstaff—are making strong headway, while multiple houses in the Jasper subdivision are getting those final finish-team touches. It’s been one of those weeks where a series of small wins stack into something big.

Promising Conversations in Phoenix & Tucson

On Tuesday, Kyle and Josh met with a Phoenix-based production builder with projects in both Phoenix and Tucson. The conversation was positive and aligned, and by Thursday we had a full proposal submitted for Oasis at Quail Creek. This opportunity has the potential to bring substantial volume through the plant—so yes, fingers are officially crossed.

Habitat for Humanity: Purpose Meets Performance

Our Habitat for Humanity project in Flagstaff continues to move forward with real momentum. With winter creeping in, we’re hustling to get these homes wrapped up. It’s been incredible to watch how the FrameTec formula flexes across product types—seamlessly supporting multimillion-dollar custom homes and efficient, sub-1,000 sq ft Habitat builds. The range is remarkable, and it’s proving itself every week.

As we head into the weekend, the energy around FrameTec just keeps building. Thanks for being in our corner as we continue to scale, innovate, and show how this method is transforming the way homes are built. More progress, more momentum, and a whole lot more to come.
