FrameTec Friday - 10-31-25

Happy Halloween, FrameTec fam! 🎃

While most people are busy carving pumpkins and arguing over whether candy corn is edible (jury’s still out), our team has been carving through lumber and stacking wins like it’s our own spooky-ooky tradition. No tricks here — just treats in the form of momentum, milestones, and a whole lot of sawdust-fueled energy.

This week alone, we launched $5.86M in proposals out the door.
Multi-family, custom homes, tract houses — the FrameTec formula is lighting up every product type. Demand is high, the pipeline is glowing brighter than a jack-o’-lantern at midnight, and yes… the team is burning the candle at both ends (pumpkin spice scented, obviously).

Let’s dive in to see what else FrameTec has been up to … 🪵✨

Two Big Wins on the Build Front

We wrapped two high-profile projects that deserve their own victory laps:

🏡 Wells Residence — our all-LSL masterpiece
🏔️ Torres Residence in Prescott, AZ — complex custom, million-dollar view, framing to match

If you’re joining us for the investor trip next month, you’ll hear straight from Benny Wells himself about his experience building with FrameTec on his personal home. Spoiler: he’s pumped.

And speaking of rave reviews…➡️

Industry Love

Jeff Falls, COO at Haley Construction, took to LinkedIn to drop this gem:

“I have been blown away by the entire process, Josh. What a team you have.”

He followed it up by reposting our update saying:

“The FrameTec team is simply incredible. Next level framing.”

If that doesn’t tell you we’re bringing the goods, we’re not sure what will. 👏🔥

Gearing Up for Another Big Feat

Tomorrow morning, we’re raising trusses on the 10,000 SF Wickman residence.
For a conventional framer, hitting this milestone would take three weeks.

FrameTec?
We’re rolling in five days — with quality that’s scary-good. 👻✨

While ghosts and goblins roam the streets tonight, we’re celebrating a different kind of magic — speed, precision, innovation, and the kind of teamwork that turns impossible timelines into reality.

Stay safe, enjoy the candy haul, and get ready… because November is shaping up to be downright monstrous in the best way possible.

Happy Halloween and happy building,

Damion
