FrameTec Friday - 10-24-25

There’s something electric in the air this week — the kind of buzz that only comes when everything clicks into place. From flawless builds to record-breaking efficiency, the FrameTec engine is running at full throttle. We’re not just keeping pace; we’re setting it.

The Wells Residence officially passed inspection today — just 10 days from start to finish. That’s weeks ahead of schedule! This build was special from the start: full LSL construction, no defects, and not a single piece of lumber with a bend, bow, or twist. It’s as close to perfection as construction gets, and it’s a huge win for our team and partners who made it happen.

Next Up: The Wickman Residence

No time to slow down. As this update hits your inbox, our Dusty Robotics printers are rolling out a full print on nearly 10,000 sq. ft. of slab for the Wickman Residence. Wall panels are delivered, trusses are on site, and the crew is prepped to roll tomorrow. FrameTec continues to lead the charge — quite literally the only company in the world doing what we’re doing out there today.

Momentum and Market Reach

Activity remains strong, with $950,000 in proposals sent just last week and an average of 15 new RFPs coming in weekly. The out-of-state interest keeps growing too — we’ve been asked to quote another LivAway Suites project in Las Vegas. When clients ask you to travel across state lines instead of hiring local, that’s validation you can feel.

Inspiring the Industry

We even got a call this week from a framing company in North Carolina that wanted to learn more about how we’re using Dusty Robotics and scaling innovation. By the end of the conversation, their principal said he was inspired by what we’re building and wanted to collaborate down the line. That’s the ripple effect of doing things differently — and doing them well.

From perfect builds to growing demand and national attention, this week proves that FrameTec isn’t just building homes — we’re building momentum. Every day, our work is redefining what’s possible in construction. Thanks for being part of the journey as we continue to raise the bar (and the walls).
