What a week! FrameTec is hitting stride and breaking ground—literally and figuratively. From new projects to new partnerships, our momentum is undeniable and the energy across the team is off the charts.

Building Dreams

 

The Wells Residence—our first-ever all LSL custom home—is officially getting trusses as we speak! This 4,842 SF beauty is assembling like a dream, and the buzz is real. Builders and homeowners alike are starting to see what we’ve known all along: the FrameTec process + LSL = a better, faster, smarter way to build. You asked for innovation, and FrameTec is delivering in full force.

 

 

 

Front-End Frenzy

 

If you’ve been wondering how busy things have been lately, here’s your answer: very. We had 21 new bid requests come through this week and quoted 12 projects valued at over $1 million—in one week! That brings us to 42 projects worth $2.3 million in proposals month-to-date. If our hit rate holds steady, this fall and winter are about to be packed with sawdust, success, and serious momentum.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Dusty Takes Flight

 

Our first “Dusty Layout as a Service” project is officially locked in! The team heads to Phoenix next week to lay out a Harley-Davidson facility (how’s that for cool?). On top of that, we’re in talks for another 65,000 SF facility in Illinois. FrameTec is proving we’re not just redefining framing—we’re expanding into new industries and building a whole new business line along the way.

 

 

 

The energy around FrameTec right now is electric. Between the attention on the Wells Residence, the surge in proposal activity, and new service offerings taking shape, we’re charging into Q4 with more momentum than ever. Every week is proof that innovation, teamwork, and a relentless drive to do things better are paying off.
