It’s been another big week of progress, innovation, and momentum here at FrameTec. From major project milestones to new business opportunities taking off, the energy inside the shop and out in the field is electric. Every piece coming off the line and every proposal sent out reinforces one thing—we’re building smarter, faster, and stronger than ever before.

A Masterpiece in Motion

 

Our first all-LSL custom home is officially through the shop and loaded up on our fleet of Peterbilts, ready for delivery first thing Monday morning! This home is shaping up to be an absolute masterpiece. From front-end design and coordination to pre-slab survey, advanced component manufacturing, just-in-time logistics, lightning-fast install, and old-world craftsmanship—the FrameTec Operating System is firing on all cylinders. Combine that with the greenest, most renewable, highest-quality building material in existence, and you’ve got a recipe that’s shaking up the whole industry.

 

 

 

Front-End Frenzy

 

 

The front-end has absolutely exploded with activity! The FrameTec team has sent out over $2.25 million in framing proposals this week alone. The traction and interest we’re getting are based purely on performance—no gimmicks, no fluff. Every job we complete brings in new customers, a true testament to our relentless focus on solving real-world problems on the job site. We’re right where we want to be as the housing market wakes back up.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Dusty Robotics Taking Off

 

Our partnership with Dusty Robotics continues to bear serious fruit. This week, we had the chance to spend an evening in Phoenix showcasing the system and sharing our success story with other potential Dusty users. Thanks to that collaboration, our new business vertical—Dusty Layout as a Service—is surging. Some of these larger print jobs are valued in the six figures, and since the systems are largely paid for through our framing ops, the returns on this work are through the roof.

 

 

 

We also wrapped up Phase TC9 for the Yavapai Apache Nation this week! Because of the speed and quality FrameTec brought to the table, they’ve decided to move forward with another phase.

Momentum continues to build across every corner of FrameTec—from the shop floor to the field to the front office. The systems we’ve spent years perfecting are creating real results and real impact. We’re proud of what this team is accomplishing and even more excited about what’s next. Onward and upward.
