FrameTec Friday - 1-9-26

Happy Friday, FrameTec Investors! As the new year stretches its legs and the industry snaps back into full swing, it’s been one of those weeks that reminds us why we’re building this thing the way we are. Phones ringing, partners leaning in, projects lining up—it’s that early-year energy, and we’re here for it.

Here’s what moved the needle this week 👇

Bids Out, Awards In 🚀

The world officially got back to work this week—and so did the bid board. We jumped to 42 active projects, continued pushing nearly $1MM in proposals, and that momentum turned into 9 new awards this week alone.

The front end is humming, the pipeline is filling, and the wave? Yeah… it’s coming.

Playing the Long Game

Turnkey framing isn’t a quick close—it’s a months-long sales cycle. But that’s exactly why this stage matters so much. The conversations, walkthroughs, and bids happening right now are the seeds that turn into major wins down the road. We’re planting aggressively, and we like what’s ahead.

LivAway Suites #3 🏨

Our third LivAway Suites project is officially gearing up! Pad prep is underway, and the team expects to hand the site over to FrameTec in early February. Another repeat customer, another proof point that this model works—and scales.

Not to mention, we’re making great progress on our Habitat for Humanity project in Flagstaff, and this one carries extra weight. The site is being run by a major General Contractor here in Arizona, giving us a chance to showcase our capabilities in real time.

As January rolls on, it’s clear we’re not easing into the year—we’re charging into it.
