Welcome back to another exciting FrameTec Friday update! As we roll deeper into the year (and inch closer to longer days and warmer weather), one thing is crystal clear: momentum is on our side. Activity on the front end is surging, conversations are getting bigger, and the market is paying attention.

Before we get into the accomplishments, be sure to SAVE THE DATE for the FrameTec 2026 Mega Launch happening Wednesday, Jan 21st at 4:00 PM EST.

Front-End Activity Is On Fire

We sent out a $1.36MM proposal for the Yavapai Apache Nation’s next phase, which would be our second 30+ unit phase with the tribe. We also received an RFP from Robson Resort Communities for SaddleBrooke Ranch—clear proof that higher-volume builders are starting to take notice. Add in 12 more RFPs this week, and it’s safe to say demand is accelerating fast.

Sales Board Keeps Filling Up

This week’s sold list included eight projects across custom, production, and commercial work—from Talking Rock and Mandalay Jasper to Verde Christian Academy. The steady drumbeat of wins continues to reinforce the strength and diversity of our pipeline.

Operations, Innovation, and What’s Next

Interest in Dusty Robotics as a Service continues to build, with another large GC demo in the works and pricing out on a major Scottsdale-area custom home. We’re also gearing up for our third LivAway Suites project, where our team is delivering framing at a blistering pace of 16,000 SF every five days—and expanding into new states at LivAway’s request. Oh, and we’ve got two new FrameTec patents officially in the works.

Simply put: the team is executing. We’ve assembled one of the most talented ops groups in the business, we’ve got a strong pipeline, solid inventory to protect margin, and a manufacturing process no one else in the industry can touch. Add in continued innovation, and this time of year feels less like a grind and more like a launchpad.

Thanks, as always, for being part of the journey. More to come next week—and if this momentum is any indication, it’s going to be a fun ride.
