FrameTec Friday - 09-26-25

Howdy y’all, and welcome back to another edition of FrameTec Friday—where the sawdust is flying, the tech is humming, and the projects just keep getting bigger. We’ve got some major milestones to celebrate this week, so saddle up and let’s ride through the highlights.

First-Ever Preslab Survey Reports

This week we rolled out our first-ever preslab survey reports using the Dusty Robotics platform. These reports flag key variances between the digital model and the site conditions, giving responsible trades the info they need early on. Another FrameTec first—raising the bar for quality and precision in the field.

Our Biggest House Yet

Yesterday afternoon, we closed on what will be our largest house to date—nearly 10,000 SF under roof! We walked one of our LSL houses with a new builder, and now design is officially underway. Construction kicks off in about four weeks, and here’s the kicker: the owners are considering going 100% LSL. If they pull the trigger, it’ll be the biggest 100% LSL home ever built. Yeehaw!

Demand Keeps Pouring

The RFP board is stacked tall with 50 active proposals, and we’re even expecting a fresh set of plans for a Las Vegas build in the next couple of days. Safe to say, momentum is running hot from Texas to Nevada.

Starts in Arizona are picking up steam, and from the looks of it, we’re gearing up for a wild winter—on the jobsite and in the market. Big things ahead.

That’s the roundup for this week, folks. From innovating with robotics to breaking size records to expanding across the Southwest, FrameTec is charging ahead full tilt. Until next time—keep your boots dusty and your spirits high.

Until next week,

Damion
