FrameTec Friday - 09-19-25

Yeehaw, partners! It’s another rip-roaring week here at FrameTec, and we’ve got some big wins to share. The team’s been pushing hard, breaking records, and proving once again that America-sized ambition pays off. Let’s saddle up and dive in.

The Christensen Residence

We’re killing it on our largest single-family home to date – the 6,000+ SF Christensen Residence. Crews are sheathing the second floor today, setting patio beams and posts, and getting ready to throw the roof on by mid-next week. Zero waste, blazing speed, and 10X the quality. The custom home market is about to change for the better.

Better yet, our performance on this project has already caught the eye of another builder who came out to see us in action and is eager to get us on their job. The proof really is in the performance.

Dusty Robotics & Trade Coordination

Our partnership with Dusty robotics and pre-slab trade coordination continues to be a game-changer. Both concrete and plumbing contractors are referring us to other builders because our precision is saving everyone time, money, and costly mistakes.

Our “next-level involvement” – from helping builders coordinate trades during modeling to in-field slab printing – makes for a vastly more efficient build process. Being the fastest framer in the state is great, but the real win is how we keep momentum rolling across all trades from start to finish. That’s what makes FrameTec the most sought-after framing partner in Arizona.

Oh, and not to mention that two more home builders joined us this week, and we’ve now got 70 projects on the bid board. The pace is picking up, and the demand keeps growing.

After another Fantastic FrameTec Friday, that's a wrap for the week, folks. The energy is high, the projects are rolling, and the future of framing is being built right here in Arizona. Thanks for riding with us – the trail ahead is looking mighty exciting.
