🏗️ The All-LSL Revolution Rolls On
Our third all-LSL house hits the shop early next week. The buzz keeps growing, and so does the excitement around this next evolution in building. Innovation isn’t coming—it’s already here.
This week the team kicked off a massive 6,808 SF custom build in Flagstaff for our friends at Elite Builders. Framing custom homes is nothing new—but prefabricating one of this size? Now that’s uncharted territory. Most folks said it couldn’t be done, but leave it to FrameTec to do the “impossible.”
To put it in perspective: a conventional framer would need at least 6 weeks to get this beast to roof sheathing. FrameTec? We’re doing it in 3 weeks flat. That’s speed and precision you can bet the ranch on.

We’ve got a huge meeting and plant tour lined up for Tuesday. This could be one of the most consequential in FrameTec’s journey. We’ll keep our cards close to the chest for now, but trust us—next week’s update will be one to watch.
The FrameTec crew keeps finding ways to work smarter. This week, we discovered another powerful use for our Dusty Robotics system. We’re now using it pre-slab to verify concrete forms and plumbing/electrical penetrations before the pour.
This means: Builders save time & money, Subs work faster with fewer mistakes, FrameTec opens up a brand-new revenue stream, and best of all—it solves the biggest challenge in offsite construction: making sure site conditions match the drawings.
From monster custom builds to robotics innovation, this week proved yet again that FrameTec doesn’t just build houses—we build the future. Big things are coming, so saddle up and join us Monday the 15th at 2pm PST/5PM EST for the updates and full Frametec opportunity.
Until next week,
Damion
