Howdy y’all! It’s another FrameTec Friday, and we’re kicking things off with some Texas-sized excitement. Every week we’re pushing the frontier of what’s possible in construction, and this one’s no different. Giddee up, because the trail we’re blazing is changing the industry for good!
This week we rolled out another FrameTec innovation that’s going to change the way people look at offsite manufacturing. In partnership with Dusty Robotics, we completed proof-of-concept testing using their field printer system. The Dusty system lets us verify field conditions and locate critical items before the slab is poured.
As Josh Lewis put it: “Site conditions that do not match the digital twin have been the number one issue faced by offsite manufacturers, especially when it comes to wall panels… With this revolutionary innovation, we can ensure the site matches our digital model before manufacturing even begins. The result is better coordination between the trades, the elimination of costly rework, and a vastly superior house.”
