Over 50 Jobs in the Pipeline

 

We continue to be flooded with requests for proposals—more than 50 jobs to quote right now. Only eight months into operations, FrameTec has already earned a reputation as the leading framing contractor in northern and central Arizona. That’s no small feat, and it’s proof the industry is taking notice.

 

 

 

The Big News – First-Ever 100% LSL House

This week we hit a major milestone: the very first 100% LSL home. By combining our advanced in-plant processes, top-of-the-line manufacturing equipment, and LSL’s near-perfect wood fiber, we’ve taken a giant leap forward in renewability, durability, and quality for wood products. Our partnership with Mandalay Homes is set to redefine what “quality” means in new home construction—and to show the doubters exactly what’s possible.

 

 

 

 

 

A Big Win in Flagstaff

 

We also secured a verbal commitment from a brand-new partner for a monster custom home in Flagstaff. This project is going to stretch the limits of what can be achieved with offsite-built components—and we’re ready to deliver.

 

It’s been another week of breaking barriers, raising standards, and proving that the future of construction is already here.
