FrameTec Friday - 08-08-25

Last week was a HUGE win, and the momentum isn't slowing down any time soon. Like a stampede on open range, we’re charging forward and building faster, better, and smarter every day. Let’s take a look at what went down this week in the world of FrameTec:

🏗️ Active Projects Across the Map
It’s been a red hot week with jobs firing on all fronts:

  • Multiple active phases at the Jasper subdivision for three separate builders

  • Homes going vertical in Hidden Hills, The Preserve, and on behalf of the Yavapai Apache Nation

  • Custom builds continuing strong

No shortage of sawdust flying and nails driving!

RFPs Rollin’ In

Fresh off our recent award, we’ve been flooded with new RFPs. One of the biggest highlights this week was a proposal from Davidson Homes for a substantial subdivision in Prescott. If awarded, this would officially make them the largest builder client we've partnered with to date. Big stuff, folks.

Breaking Ground with Engineered Wood Homes

Big news from the shop: FrameTec + Mandalay = Innovation.
We’re officially partnering to build the first-ever 100% engineered wood homes. Fabrication kicks off next week, and this could mark a true turning point in the industry. These homes will showcase the unmatched precision and sustainability of our advanced fabrication systems—and could very well become the highest-quality wood-based homes built to date.

Special Guest Alert: Cy Porter Comes to Town

Tomorrow, we’re hosting none other than Cy Porter—building inspector, field-quality watchdog, and social media voice for change in the trades. He’ll be touring the shop, checking out our processes, and discussing how FrameTec is solving the quality challenges he sees in the field every day. We’ll post updates from the visit over on LinkedIn—so keep an eye out!

That’s a wrap on another week in the FrameTec frontier. The energy is high, the team’s locked in, and we’ve got big irons in the fire. If you haven’t already RSVP’d for the Investor Trip in November, don’t miss out—it’s shaping up to be an unforgettable weekend meeting the team, seeing the shop, and getting a firsthand look at the future of framing.

TAXES: Cost seg should be in next week and taxes finished within a couple weeks to get your your K1's. Thanks for your patience!

Until next time,

Damion
