Cracking the Custom Code

We made major waves this week by bringing offsite construction into the custom home space — and proving it works beautifully. Using our factory-built wall panels, we framed a 5,000+ SF home in under a week with virtually no waste. That same house would’ve taken three to four weeks with traditional methods.

It’s fast, clean, and wildly efficient — and it confirms what we’ve been saying all along: offsite isn’t just for production builds. We’re unlocking a whole new world of opportunity in the custom market, with better margins, quicker turnarounds, and a serious competitive edge.

This machine’s firing on every cylinder. The front-end team is hustling, the plant is running like a dream, and our field crews are setting the bar high on every jobsite. Clients are thrilled, timelines are shrinking, and the feedback is loud and clear: FrameTec delivers.
