Happy Fourth of July and what a day!! 🇺🇸🎆

While most folks are kicking back with a hot dog in one hand and a sparkler in the other, the FrameTec crew is out here keepin’ it red, white, and blue-collar. That’s right—this Independence Day, we’re celebrating American grit the only way we know how: by building the future one frame at a time. If that ain’t the spirit of freedom, we don’t know what is.

A few hours ago President Trump also signed the One Big Beautiful Bill which is a HUGE win for FrameTec investors and for the economy, all good things! More on those benefits soon.

Big Tax Benefits

 

Today the One Big Beautiful Bill was signed into law by President Trump. This bill will likely impact you in countless positive ways but one way it will definitely benefit you is in how focused it is on encouraging manufacturing and building America. If we had lobbyists we probably couldn't have written a better bill that supports FT.

Bonus depreciation is back up to 100% which means $10's of Millions of dollars in tax benefits will be flowing through to the investors as we continue building.

We’ve got four new starts pouring next week for ECCO Holmes/Capstone and another six lined up for Mandalay—getting ready for concrete. The momentum is real and speaking of momentum, in just over 6 months of producing our reputation has customers coming back, repeating is the best validation that we're doing it right!
