FrameTec Friday 06-05-2025

Yeehaw and Giddee Up, FrameTec Investors!

Welcome to another edition of FrameTec Friday, where we bring you the latest and greatest straight from the job site frontier. We’re saddling up and blazing new trails every week, and it’s all thanks to y’all who believe in our vision. Now, let’s dive into the heart of this week’s action.

Shaking Up the Status Quo at YAN Subdivision

The FrameTec team is shaking up the status quo and redefining what’s possible on the jobsite. Over at the YAN subdivision in Camp Verde, we’re cranking out work faster than a Texas twister. Our relentless pace means our customer has been able to accelerate their entire build schedule — no small feat in this industry.

Leveling Up with Dusty Robotics

We’re also leveling up the layout game with our Dusty robotics field printers. These bad boys aren’t just making framing smoother; they’re printing multi-trade layouts right on the slabs, helping all trades communicate seamlessly. The result? A build that moves faster, smoother, and with nearly zero rework — saving time and dollars for everyone involved.

Heating Up Lumber Distribution in Phoenix

Things are heating up in Phoenix, too. Lumber distribution sales are gaining traction, and we’re gearing up to see some serious revenue coming down the pipeline in the next few months. This new frontier is shaping up to be a solid growth avenue for FrameTec.

Growing Our Market Reach with New Customers

And it doesn’t stop there. We’re onboarding new customers at a brisk pace. Just yesterday, we had a great meeting with Stoneridge Homes, who have 1,000 lots to build right over the hill in Prescott Valley. In less than six months of operations, our market saturation is close to hitting 50% of starts in our immediate market area. Thanks to the incredible grit of our team and the trust and resources from our investors, we’ve become the dominant player in this market faster than a jackrabbit on a date.
